摘要:

为了解决煤矿选煤厂浮选柱自动化程度低、调整不及时、工人劳动强度大、产品数质量指标稳定性差等问题,提出了基于PLC的浮选柱自动控制系统设计方案。该系统通过PLC实现了对入浮浓度、泡沫层厚度、药剂制度的在线自动控制,以及浮选过程干煤泥处理量、药剂消耗量的统计功能,同时系统能够实现对浮选柱现场运行状况的远程监控。实际使用表明:系统运行稳定、控制效果良好、工人劳动强度降低、产品数质量指标得到明显提高。

Abstract:

In order to solve the problem of flotation column of coal preparation plant low degree of automation, not timely adjustment, high labor intensity, product quantity and quality index of poor stability, the paper proposed a design scheme of automatic control system of flotation column based on PLC. The system through the PLC to realize the automatic control of floating concentration, foam layer thickness, reagent,the statistics of processing capacity of slime, reagent consumption, remote monitoring of the condition of flotation column. The practical application shows that: the system is stable, control effect is good, labor intensity of workers is reduced , product quantity and quality index improved significantly.
